AFRISPA AT SAIF 2003

Our Chairman and Special Manager both presented papers and took part in the discussions. A representative of AfrISPA's newest member, from the DRC, was also present. Brian Longwe rounded off the conference with a workshop on peering and regional traffic interchange issues. The conference attendees agreed that Africa's primary problem preventing the further dissemination of the Internet in Africa was our own restrictive legislation.
